Russian hybrid attacks have become a common occurrence across Europe.

These malicious activities can no longer be considered a mere nuisance; the dangerousness and intensity of these operations are on the rise. Russia’s aggressive moves constitute an escalating hybrid warfare campaign aimed directly at undermining the security and stability of European countries. The aggression in Ukraine goes hand in hand with hybrid warfare against Western countries, which Russia views as a single adversary.
